Orders
We normally dispatch all the orders on the same day if the money is received before 12 pm.
If received after 12 pm, the dispatch will take place the next day.
We will cancel the orders and refund the money if we receive the cancellation request before dispatch. To know whether the dispatch has taken place or not, please send WhatsApp message to 93421 46816.
If the cancellation request has been received before dispatch, we will refund the entire amount within 24 hours.
We normally dispatch the products through a Professional Courier who provides the tracking status. We will send you the delivery challan immediately after dispatch. If you need any further support, we will track and send you the status.
Payment
You may send your payments through Google Pay or PhonePe to 93421 46816. The payment can also be made through bank account transfer. Send us the request and we will provide the bank details.
Cash-on-Delivery option is not available currently. We accept only online payment in advance.
Discount on bulk orders is available. Please send a WhatsApp message to 93421 46816.

Returns
If you receive our products in damaged condition, a video of unboxing the product and a clear image of the damage is required along with a return request. Please send your request to 93421 46816 through WhatsApp. Once approved you may return within 7 days. For more details, visit our Return and Refund page.
For products to be eligible for return, they must be in the original unused condition. A copy of the purchase receipt is required for the return and refund request to be accepted.
Once the return is approved by us and the goods are returned, we will make the refund within 7 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
You must inform us within 2 days, from the date of delivery, to return the product. Please note that the shipping charges on returns are to be borne by the customer. You can contact us on WhatsApp for any queries.
Return and refund is not applicable for custom orders.
